100% Chardonnay purchased from growers in the region. The fruit is whole-bunch pressed to stainless steel tanks for a cool fermentation with indigenous yeast. Once fermentation is complete the wine is racked off lees and matured in tank for 4 months, without malolactic conversion.
From the village of Beine in the Chablis region, Christophe Patrice worked in his family wine business for around nine years, before starting is own wine venture in 2006. Today with parcels in the communes of Beine, Courgis and Chablis , he produces Petit Chablis, Chablis and Chablis Premier Cru Beauregard which are made with sustainable practices and are vegan friendly.
The vineyards are planted at a low density and for Christophe, he is inspired by Chardonnay and the unique way the grape expresses itself in Chablis, that is not like anywhere else. He insists on vinifying his wines entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve their typically and freshness.
This wine is suburb on its on, or pair with roast chicken or light seafood, such as white fish, oysters and grilled scallops.

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.
