Returns Policy

REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT

We place a high standard of quality on the wines that land in our product range and the producers that we work with to bring you the best selection of wines! However, if you have changed your mind in your order, please don't hesitate to get in contact with us, we'll be more than happy to help.

If you have changed your mind on the products you have ordered, we are happy to offer free change of mind returns and store credit for up to 30 days from the date of order. 

Items must meet the following conditions prior to a return being approved:

  • The wine has not been opened and/or wine has not been removed from the bottle.
  • The wine does not have cosmetic damaging, such as water marks and removed or torn labels.
  • The items are returned in the same way they were delivered, this includes any decorative, promotional or wooden box the item may have been delivered in. 

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on our gift cards or gifting range.

If the above conditions have been met, you can return your item either for a refund or store credit.

Wine can experience faults from time to time. If you have opened a wine purchased through us, and believe it to be faulty, please feel free to reach out to us and we will be happy to assist in replacing the wine or providing you with a refund if the item is no longer available.

 

RETURN PROCESS

If you would like to submit a return request for either a refund or store credit, please email us at info@curateddrops.com.au

One of our friendly team members will be in contact with you to work through the process. 

If your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, along with further information on shipping the item back to our warehouse.

We will process your return within 2 days of receiving the item back to our warehouse. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method that was used for the order, less any shipping amount paid. If you would prefer a store credit, we will apply a credit to your account for the amount you paid for the product/s you are returning.

 

BREAKAGES

If you receive your delivery with one or more broken bottles, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a store credit to the value of the price paid by you for the bottle that is broken.

Please be aware that the risk of damage, loss or deterioration to products passes to you, the buyer, upon delivery. Therefore, there are no refunds or store credits offered for products that are damaged after you have accepted the delivery.

 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if a customer is abusing this policy, or if a refund or exchange request does not meet our policy requirements.
