Shipping

We offer free shipping over $199! There is no minimum order quantity. Mix and match your own wine pack!

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.

Once your order has been placed and your payment has been received, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We'll dispatch your order within 24 hours during week days. Orders will be shipped through our delivery partners and orders will be delivered on weekdays. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

We are an Australian based company, licensed to sell alcohol across Australia. Currently we ship to all states except NT. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship internationally.

All our wines are stored in our temperature controlled warehouse in Sydney, which is also free from light or vibration to eliminate the risk of damage to a wine prior to dispatch. All orders are packaged securely for a safe transit to you.

Delivery

For the delivery of your items, please allow up to 5 business days for most metro areas, and up to 10 business days for remote areas. Please not these timeframes are estimates only and not a guaranteed delivery date. 

We will not deliver alcohol to any person less than 18 years old. Our delivery partners are required to request photo ID if there is any doubt about the age of the person accepting the delivery. Delivery will not be completed in the instance photo ID cannot be provided.

Your delivery will be taken to a nearby collection point if you are not at the delivery address at the time the delivery is attempted, or if photo ID cannot be provided at the delivery address. A collection card will be provided at your delivery address if this occurs. You will be required to provide your photo ID at the collection point to verify your age and verify your name against the order delivery details.  

Please ensure you carefully check the delivery information and address provided at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information, including address details, that you provided at the time of placing your order. Our courier will return your order to our warehouse if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Authority to Leave & Unattended Deliveries

All deliveries are made during business hours. You may select ‘Authority to leave’ for your delivery at the time of placing your order. By selecting this option for delivery, it means you are authorising for our delivery partner to leave your order unattended at your delivery address.If you do select this delivery option, we ask that you provide additional information in the commentary section at the time of  placing your order with details on where the courier may safely leave your delivery at the address.

Our delivery partner will do their best to find a safe place to leave your order if this method is selected and you have not provided additional commentary. Please be aware that our delivery partner maintains discretion to not leave your delivery if they deem that there is not a safe place to leave it, or if the person at the delivery address cannot provide photo ID to verify that they are at least 18 years of age.

In the circumstance where this occurs, your order will be taken to a nearby collection point to collect at a time suitable for you. You will be provided a collection slip. To collect your item, you will need to have photo ID to verify your age and to verify your name on the delivery information.

We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to a delivery as a result of the Authority to Leave delivery option being selected as the preferred method. We will not provide a replacement order where there is loss or damage to your order if you have selected Authority to Leave as the preferred delivery method.  

Responsible Supply of Alcohol

Curated Drops promotes the responsible sale of alcohol. By entering Curated Drop’s website and/or placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 year’s old. Under Australian law, you must be over 18 years old to purchase alcohol. Alcohol must not be purchased for a minor.

We will not, under any circumstances, deliver to a Dry Area of Australia as regulated by the relevant State Government.
