Bubb + Pooley is an exciting new wine venture by the husband and wife winemaking team of Justin Bubb and Anna Pooley, having established the brand in 2021. Anna and Justin take a minimalistic approach to their wine making, truely showing the vineyard characteristics and letting the wine evolve. 

The 2022 Syrah is a rich and complex release from the duo, with this vintage also including a small amount of whole bunches of Viognier co-fermented. The Syrah was sourced from the Tamar Valley and Coal River Valley. This is an extremely aromatic and unique wine, layered with blackberry, spices, and hints of vanilla and florals. There's a lot to love with this wine. It's a wine that can be enjoyed with food or on its own. Its a wine that would be very food friendly and would work well with grilled meats.

An exciting twist on our Syrah this year sees the inclusion of Viognier. A blend of Syrah from the Tamar Valley and Coal River Valley co-fermented with whole bunches of exotic Viognier.

Hand harvested, destemmed and open fermented with 6% Viognier inclusion has produced a wine of aromatic opulence and with layers of texture.

Bubb + Pooley is an exciting new wine venture by the husband and wife winemaking team of Justin Bubb and Anna Pooley. After making wine across the globe for over 20 years, and working across premium vineyards throughout Tasmania, the time came to start their own 'side hustle' wine range. The Bubb + Pooley range are focussed on minimal intervention and ensuring sustainability underpins how they approach their wines and vineyard practices. The fruit for their wines are sourced from selected vineyards in the Coal River Valley and the East Coast of Tasmania. Currently their range expands across a Riesling, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Syrah.

We offer free shipping over $199! There is no minimum order quantity. Mix and match your own wine pack!

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We'll dispatch your order within 24 hours during week days.

We are an Australian based company, licensed to sell alcohol across Australia. Currently we ship to all states except NT. All orders are packaged securely for a safe transit to you from our temperature controlled warehouse in Sydney.
