2021 Glaetzer Anaperenna Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Glaetzer Anaperenna is a seamless fusion of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. It is exquisitely generous and yet refined, with a very long and satisfying finish.

Fermented in 1 and 2 tonne open fermenters, hand plunged 3 times daily. Matured for 16 months in 100% new oak hogshead barrels (92% French and 8% American) and matured on lees to maintain fruit profile and animation.
Bottled unfiltered to ensure minimal intervention with the wine’s natural characteristics.

Colour: A deep purple core with a ’rosella’ red rim transforms to garnet with time in bottle.
Aroma: A combination of dark berries is complimented by fresh thyme, dried anise and cardamom.
Palate: The structural integrity of the Cabernet Sauvignon supports a core of pure Shiraz fruit. A dense palate is composed of a multitude of dark berries, currants and plums. The delightfully long finish is a calling card of each vintage of this wine.

Glaetzer wines are a family owned, boutique producer in the Barossa with a rich history of creating unique and elegant wines in the region. With the wines from the Ebenezer district in the northern Barossa Valley, the focus is on producing limited quantities of super premium Barossa red and crafting the wines through preserving the characteristics of the fruit. Winemaker Ben Glaetzer brings to life a range that has depth of flavour and unmistakably Barossan. These wines are highly rated and are sure to be the enjoyment of many.

This wine will do exceptionally well with any grilled meat and vegetables. For some recipe inspiration, enjoy it with grilled lamb chops with mediterranean herb marinade.

We offer free shipping over $199! There is no minimum order quantity. Mix and match your own wine pack!

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We'll dispatch your order within 24 hours during week days.

We are an Australian based company, licensed to sell alcohol across Australia. Currently we ship to all states except NT. All orders are packaged securely for a safe transit to you from our temperature controlled warehouse in Sydney.

For the delivery of your items, please allow up to 5 business days for most metro areas, and up to 10 business days for remote areas. Please note these timeframes are estimates only and not a guaranteed delivery date. 

You will receive delivery tracking updates once your order has been collected from our delivery partner. All wine deliveries can only be signed-for and accepted by a person 18 years and older.
