2021 Mada Chardonnay

Lemon curd, toasted figs with bursts of seablite and savoury fine texture. Whole-bunch pressed to new French oak (50%) and Concrete (50%). High solid ferments with natural yeast strains. Partial malolactic fermentation.

Mada wines produces a range of wines from the Canberra region. Headed up by their chief winemaker Hamish Young, their focus is around creating batches of wine which are a pure expression of the land from which it originates from with fruit for Mada wines being sourced from vineyards across the apline regions of New South Wales. Each year they look to push the boundaries as they continue to deliver experimental batches through innovative winemaking, resulting in the unmissable style that comes with the Mada range.

Mada Chardonnay is a versatile and complex wine that pairs well with a variety of foods.

One classic pairing idea is to pair the wine with a creamy pasta dish, such as fettuccine Alfredo or carbonara. The wine's texture and notes of citrus complement the creaminess of the pasta, creating a delicious and satisfying combination.

For a lighter option, you could serve Mada Chardonnay with a salad of mixed greens, topped with sliced pears, goat cheese, and a honey-balsamic dressing. The wine's crisp acidity pairs well with the sweet and tangy flavours of the salad, creating a refreshing and balanced meal.

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We'll dispatch your order within 24 hours during week days.

We are an Australian based company, licensed to sell alcohol across Australia. Currently we ship to all states except NT. All orders are packaged securely for a safe transit to you from our temperature controlled warehouse in Sydney.

DELIVERY

For the delivery of your items, please allow up to 5 business days for most metro areas, and up to 10 business days for remote areas. Please note these timeframes are estimates only and not a guaranteed delivery date. 

You will receive delivery tracking updates once your order has been collected from our delivery partner. All wine deliveries can only be signed-for and accepted by a person 18 years and older.
