2019 Blind Corner Sans Soufre

Shiraz grapes are fermented for a smooth finish with oak tannins in the back. It ages just as well as any other wine when sealed in the bottle, but once you pull the ripcord, you’ll want to finish it within a couple of days. Chances are, it will only last a couple of hours anyway - it’s that yummy. Perfect for red-lovers wanting pure flavour with nothing else added. Jump in fast though, with only a handful of cases made, it will disappear quicker than a raindrop off a waterfall.

Following a trip around Europe hunting out wine regions and surf breaks in a van; Ben and Naomi Gould established Blind Corner in 2005. They bought a small vineyard in Wilyabrup, Margaret River and began the vineyard’s conversion to biodynamics. The Gould mantra is to make wines that express their unique terroir, capture vintage variation and essentially trap the essence of the vineyard in bottle. 10 years after buying their original vineyard, they were able to buy another vineyard in Quindalup, Yallingup sub-region. Today the focus is on the Quindalup vineyard, which is certified biodynamic and organic. Vines are hand tended and dry-grown following biodynamic practices across the two vineyards with all grapes being handpicked. Ben and Naomi experiment with techniques learned from vignerons across the globe, and continue evolving their approach to producing great value wines.

We offer free shipping over $199! There is no minimum order quantity. Mix and match your own wine pack!

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We'll dispatch your order within 24 hours during week days.

We are an Australian based company, licensed to sell alcohol across Australia. Currently we ship to all states except NT. All orders are packaged securely for a safe transit to you from our temperature controlled warehouse in Sydney.

DELIVERY

For the delivery of your items, please allow up to 5 business days for most metro areas, and up to 10 business days for remote areas. Please note these timeframes are estimates only and not a guaranteed delivery date. 

You will receive delivery tracking updates once your order has been collected from our delivery partner. All wine deliveries can only be signed-for and accepted by a person 18 years and older.
