The Reginald series is a high value wine JJ Hahn produces, a classic Barossa red with a classic Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is lush, full bodied, and bound to appeal to many. Winemaker Tom White takes a traditional approach to his winemaking, creating a wine that is unique and showcasing the quality of the grapes and vineyard. This wine is packed with a profile of plum, blueberry and blackcurrant with spice and well integrated tannins. There's a great depth of flavour coming through here, a lovely wine for the price point.

A classic Australian wine style championed in the late 1800s. Today it is the great Australian red, to the point that leading international wine writers and commentators, Tyson Stelzer and Matthew Jukes, have labelled Shiraz Cabernet blends as “The blend that defines Australia: Mouth filling wine style; soft, fleshy but firm with an explosion of fruit and flavour by blending Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon”.

JJ Hahn came to be from a partnership between the Hahn family and winemaker Rolf Binder, with the Hahn family having originally started growing grapes in the Barossa Valley since 1845. The recent years Rolf has handed the reigns to Thomas White, who had been making the wines since 2021, to run the business with Rolf continuing to oversee vintage and the blending of wines.

JJ Hahn wines will really appeal to many red wine lovers, with a range of authentic and distinctive red wines, truely reflecting the region and winemaking process. Tom focuses on more of a traditional approach to winemaking as he works with the fruit to create something truely unique.

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.
