From Sarah, Mel and Joss, the trio behind Parley wines, comes this fresh Chardonnay with fruit from the Adelaide Hills. Lemon, white peach and lemon curd fill the palate in this thirst quenching wine. We're big fans of the wines of Parley and story behind the wines. These wines are powered by sheer passion and dedication from Mel, Sarah and Joss, it's a real treat enjoying their wines.

Lemon, honeysuckle and Flint on the nose with well balanced white peach and lemon curd on the palate. The high elevation from the site offers up a refreshing acidity that’s balanced by barrel complexity and richness from the lees integration.

Whole bunch Chardonnay was direct pressed and cold settled overnight before racking off rough lees to 3 year old French barriques for primary fermentation. Gentle stirring on lees took place once a month for 11 months during elevage. The wine was then racked and bottled in February of 2023. Very Limited - Only 512 bottles produced.

Parley wines is a female powerhouse of three friends, Mel, Sarah and Jos, coming together from different backgrounds to create an impressive collection of unique, lo-fi wines. The idea initially came to life through 2020 over cocktails, and since then they have poured everything into producing the wines that make up Parley as we see it today, all amongst the ladies juggling mum-life, full time jobs and everything in between! We sat down with Sarah recently to taste through the wines and what we loved was how unique, bright and fresh the wines were, and above all, the sheer passion and dedication the ladies have for their wines. Each different in its own way and all of course in tiny quantities!

We offer free shipping over $199! There is no minimum order quantity. Mix and match your own wine pack!

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We'll dispatch your order within 24 hours during week days.

We are an Australian based company, licensed to sell alcohol across Australia. Currently we ship to all states except NT. All orders are packaged securely for a safe transit to you from our temperature controlled warehouse in Sydney.
