100% Estate Grown Chardonnay sourced from our high density planted vineyards planted at 7700 – 9615 vines/ha, totalling 9 different, low yielding chardonnay clones (less than 500gms/vine). White peach and grapefruit pith, some lightly grilled nuts roll out as a first impression and confirmation the expression of nature through the vineyard has been shaped by deft hands. Then the intriguing undercurrents emerge. Aloe and oyster shell. This is a wine that’s been allowed to explore far horizons without ever losing sight of home. It’s composed and finely balanced, fruit and acid in sync across the palate, drive and energy in abundance. 2102 bottles produced. Alc.13%. Cellar to 2034.
Located in the heart of the Pipers Brook wine region in Northern Tasmania, just above the banks of Pipers Brook on the popular Tamar Valley wine route. Sinapius is family-owned and operated by Linda Morice. Originally the two-hectare vineyard was purchased by Linda and her late husband, Vaughn Dell, in 2005.
When Linda and Vaughn started Sinapius, there was one goal in mind. To produce the finest quality wine, with as little intervention as possible. That most of the work would take place in the vineyard – from planting, to nurturing, to maintaining, and finally harvesting. Today, Sinapius continues to be recognised among Tasmania’s finest wines.

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.

We are an Australian based company, licensed to sell alcohol across Australia. Currently we ship to all states except NT. All orders are packaged securely for a safe transit to you from our temperature controlled warehouse in Sydney.
