2021 Cabernet Sauvignon hails from one of the great Barossan years. Loaded with cassis leaf and warm blue & blackcurrant fruit leading into a narrow band of black & plummy fruit on the palate. The 2021 Head Wines Head Red Cabernet Sauvignon is a rich and full-bodied red wine that pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes. One excellent food pairing for this wine is a grilled ribeye steak. The robust flavours and tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon complement the juicy and flavourful steak, creating a harmonious combination. For a vegetarian option, try serving the wine with a portobello mushroom burger topped with caramelised onions and melted Gruyere cheese. The earthy notes of the wine complement the meatiness of the mushroom, while the sweetness of the caramelised onions and the nuttiness of the cheese add depth and complexity to the pairing.

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We'll dispatch your order within 24 hours during week days.

We are an Australian based company, licensed to sell alcohol across Australia. Currently we ship to all states except NT. All orders are packaged securely for a safe transit to you from our temperature controlled warehouse in Sydney.
