2022 Dr. Edge Dr Op Pinot Noir

Dr. Op is a 100% hand picked, hand sorted, whole cluster fermented Pinot Noir from the Derwent Valley. Natural yeast ferments the grapes for only 5 days before being pressed to steel tanks for 3 months before bottling without filtration or the use of any fining agents. A fresh and easy Tasmanian Pinot Noir that is moderately priced so you don't have to Dr. Op your pants. Best served slightly chilled.

Dr. Edge is a Tasmanian wine brand founded by Dr. Peter Dredge, focussing on producing premium, cool-climate wines with minimal intervention to showcase the unique characteristics of the Tasmanian terroir. Dr. Edge specializes in Pinot Noir, with each wine sourced from a different vineyard site in Tasmania to showcase their distinct characteristics. They also produce Chardonnay and Riesling, which are known for their crisp acidity, purity of fruit, and mineral-driven character. They are renowned for their elegant, complex, and high-quality wines, gaining serious momentum in the wine scene.

We offer free shipping over $199! There is no minimum order quantity. Mix and match your own wine pack!

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We'll dispatch your order within 24 hours during week days.

We are an Australian based company, licensed to sell alcohol across Australia. Currently we ship to all states except NT. All orders are packaged securely for a safe transit to you from our temperature controlled warehouse in Sydney.

DELIVERY

For the delivery of your items, please allow up to 5 business days for most metro areas, and up to 10 business days for remote areas. Please note these timeframes are estimates only and not a guaranteed delivery date. 

You will receive delivery tracking updates once your order has been collected from our delivery partner. All wine deliveries can only be signed-for and accepted by a person 18 years and older.
