2022 Parley 'Love Supreme' Rosé

A serious rosé is created in the tension that lies between the combination of fruit sweetness from the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay and the savoury herbaceous characters of the Cabernet Franc. On the nose it protrudes rose petals, rhubarb and tomato leaf with sour cherries, strawberries and dried thyme on the palate. The acid balances the fruit profile with an interesting textural element from the pressing of the chardonnay and fume blanc barrels. A blend of Chardonnay and Fume Blanc barrels including one each of pressings was blended with a free run portion of Cabernet Franc that was aged in stainless steel. Composed and blended in October to settle in tank prior to bottling in November 2022.

Parley wines is a powerhouse of three friends, Mel, Sarah and Joss, coming together from different backgrounds to create an impressive collection of unique, lo-fi wines. The idea initially came to life through 2020 over cocktails, and since then they have poured everything into producing the wines that make up Parley as we see it today, all amongst the ladies juggling mum-life, full time jobs and everything in between! We sat down with Sarah recently to taste through the wines and what we loved was how unique, bright and fresh the wines were, and above all, the sheer passion and dedication the ladies have for their wines. Each different in its own way and all of course in tiny quantities!

Enjoy the Supreme Rosè with Goat Cheese and Fig Crostini. The wine's fruitiness harmonizes with the sweetness of figs and the tangy richness of goat cheese on crostini. Delish!

Orders less than $199 are shipped for a flat fee of $15 for standard delivery, or $20 for express shipping.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We'll dispatch your order within 24 hours during week days.

We are an Australian based company, licensed to sell alcohol across Australia. Currently we ship to all states except NT. All orders are packaged securely for a safe transit to you from our temperature controlled warehouse in Sydney.
