Rosato made from 100% Sangiovese from Chianti. Bright, fresh and easy drinking. Pale salmon in colour, aromas of fennel and roses. The palate shows cherry, aniseed with fresh acidity and a clean dry finish. 

 

2022 Head Wines Grenache Mataro Rosé

Stunning aromatic, expressive Rosé from the Barossa from Alex Head, an iconic Australian producer who set out to create elegant wines from the region. The wine is from Grenache vineyards grown & picked specifically for Rosé production. This is a delicate looking Rosé, pale salmon with a touch of copper. The nose shows pink grapefruit, apricot, stonefruit & raspberries. Perfect with seafood or salads

 

2021 Aphelion Welkin Rosé

Made from premium McLaren Vale Mataro grapes. Elegant, dry, spiced and super aromatic with a stunning salmon-orange colour. The perfect sipper all year around, this wine embodies elegance and charm with notes of strawberries, watermelon, and a hint of citrus zest. Its vibrant acidity is balanced by a silky texture, leading to a refreshing finish.
